day 5

Breakfast:
1 apple

Lunch:
1 cups tomato squash soup
1 cup green salad with 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 slices quinoa bread

Dinner:
1 cup mushroom jambalaya
2 lemon ginger cookies
