Workout Schedule

Sunday:
45-60 minutes cardio

Monday:
20-40 minutes strength intervals

Tuesday:
60 minute Zumba class

Wednesday:
20-40 minutes strength intervals

Thursday:
60 minute Zumba class

Friday:
20-40 minutes strength intervals

Saturday:
rest/yoga

* On the strength days, I do three 10-minutes routines, (or repeat one routine three times). After each routine I do a cardio interval. I put on a random song and either dance, hula hoop, jump rope, etc. for the whole song.

** Don't forget to stretch! Your muscles will thank you.
